Biography:

Born in London, England and raised in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Dave worked as a credit manager in the construction industry after graduating from Southwest State University in 1982. After attending night school at the University of Minnesota, he received a degree in credit management in 1986. In 1990 Dave earned his J.D. (cum laude) from Hamline University School of Law and began his legal career with a St. Paul law firm. In 1996 he formed Anastasi & Associates. Admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1990 and the Wisconsin State Bar in 1996, US District Court, District of Minnesota in 1990 and US District Court, Western District of Wisconsin in 1996, Dave is a member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Bar Associations.

Dave is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Hamline University School of Law and currently is a committee chair member for FamilyMeans, a non-profit organization in Stillwater, Minnesota. Dave has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating possible for both legal abilities and ethical standards.
