Biography:

Born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Starbuck, Minnesota, Nick is a magna cum laude graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, where he earned a degree in Finance. An entrepreneur at heart, Nick formed and operated his own business for five years before, and during, his enrollment at William Mitchell College of Law. The combination of business experience and legal acumen makes him an outstanding banking and business lawyer.

In 2003, Nick received his J.D. and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar. In 2004, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Nick serves on the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota’s Legislative Committee, and is an active member of the Ramsey County Bar Association’s Youth and the Law Committee. In his free time, Nick and his wife, Annie, enjoy golfing, traveling, and a wide variety of outdoor activities.
