Biography:

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa in 1992, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 1995, Stacy A. Woods joined a Minneapolis law firm and built her experience in real estate and general business law. At our firm, Stacy will work closely with our transaction team on loan documentation, real estate transactions, and general business law.

Stacy has been certified with the MSBA as a real property specialist since 2006, and is currently a member of the MSBA Real Property Legislative Committee. Stacy served as the Chairperson for the Real Property Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association for 2008-2009, and is also an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), and served on its Board of Directors for 2008-2009.
